Personal assisted stretching has never been so convenient. We not only meet you at your location, but we will always meet you where you are at with your physical and lifestyle needs.
Here’s how we do it:
WHAT you can expect FROM US: So MUCH!
Your mobility expert will arrive in a branded uniform and provide all equipment needed, including our stretch table.
Your mobility expert will consult with you about your personal lifestyle needs and any special physical limitations, then lead you through a 40 minute assisted stretch.
Upon completion, your mobility expert will pack up and remove all items used so you can get on with your Better Stretch’d day.
You’ll feel refreshed, balanced, and more mobile!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: NOT MUCH!
Book your session - (you will indicate specific location at the time of booking)
Location Requirements - A safe, clean area with a minimum size of 7’ x 3’ of space
Attire - You’ll be most comfortable in normal workout or yoga attire
